Who this is for

PolitiSizeIt is a trade name of Welzy LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and it is Welzy LLC you are contracting with. We provide audience counts, campaign tools and email delivery to political campaigns, committees, consultants and advocacy organizations in the United States. By using the service you confirm you are authorised to act for the organization you name and are using it for lawful political or advocacy communication.

You must be 18 or older

PolitiSizeIt is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, run counts, send campaigns, or publish a profile. This is a requirement, not a preference — we do not offer a version of this service for children, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it, delete the personal information we hold for it, and remove anything that account posted. If you believe a child has given us information, write to support@politisizeit.com and we will delete it. A parent or guardian may make that request on the child's behalf.

Nothing here changes your own obligations. If your campaign uses volunteers under 18, the account and everything sent from it remain the responsibility of the adult who holds it.

Your account

We do not use passwords. Access is proved by a code sent to your email address, so keeping that address secure is what keeps your account secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

What you are responsible for

You own what you write and upload, and you are responsible for it. In particular:

Your profile and anything you publish

Separately from campaign creative, you can create a profile in the member directory — your name, role, organisation, photo, biography and the work you choose to show. This section covers all of that, and we call it your content.

It stays yours

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store it, reproduce it, and display it for the purpose of running the service — nothing wider. We do not sell it, we do not license it to anyone else, and we will not use it in our own advertising without asking you first. If you make your profile public, that licence extends to showing it publicly and letting search engines index it, because that is what public means.

The licence lasts as long as the content is on the service, and ends when it is removed — subject to the record we keep of removals, described below.

Who can see it

You choose your profile's visibility: private (only you), members only (every signed-in PolitiSizeIt member), or public (anyone on the web, and search engines may index it). Private is the default — creating an account does not list you anywhere.

Members-only is not the same as private: any member can screenshot or repeat what your profile says. Do not put anything on it you would not want repeated.

Your counts and your campaigns are never visible to other members, at any visibility setting.

What you must not publish

The community rules are part of these terms and list what is not allowed — child sexual abuse material, threats, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, voter suppression, impersonation, infringement, and spam. In short: publish only what is yours to publish and lawful to publish.

We do not check it in advance

We do not review profiles before they appear and we are not the author of what members write. A profile is the responsibility of the member who wrote it, and its presence in the directory is not our endorsement of them or of their work.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for breaking these terms or the community rules. Content reported as child sexual abuse material is removed automatically on the first report, before anyone reviews it, and is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as federal law requires. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated.

What happens when something is removed

Removed content stops being visible immediately — to you, to other members, and at any link it had. It is not erased from our systems straight away. We keep a restricted internal record of removed content and of the moderation decision for 90 days, so that we can answer questions about what we did and when, honour legal preservation duties, and restore anything taken down in error. That record is not visible to other members. After 90 days the content itself is erased, uploaded files included; what we keep after that is the decision — what was removed and why — not the thing that was removed.

You can delete your own posts at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account at support@politisizeit.com.

Reporting

Every post and comment has a report option, and you can also email support@politisizeit.com. Copyright complaints go to our designated agent — the address and the procedure are in the community rules.

If your content causes us a problem

If someone brings a claim against us because of something you posted, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and any damages arising from it, to the extent the law allows. This does not apply where the claim is caused by something we did wrong.

What we will not send

We review every campaign before it goes out, and we will refuse:

This is not an exhaustive list and the judgement is ours. If we refuse a campaign we will tell you why and refund anything not yet spent with the data provider.

Counts and data

Counts are run live against our provider’s database and are accurate at the moment they run. Audience sizes move as records change, so the count you saw last week is not a promise about this week. We never hand over the underlying records — we deliver your campaign to the audience on your behalf.

Image generation

Where we offer AI image generation, you may use the results in campaigns you run with us. You are responsible for the prompt you write and for the image you choose to send. We pass prompts to a third-party provider, and their content rules apply on top of ours. Generated images may not be unique to you, and we give no warranty that they are free of third-party rights.

Payment, sending, and refunds

We do not process political contributions, and nothing here should be read as us handling donations on your behalf.

Deliverability

We do not promise open rates, click rates, or that any particular inbox provider will place your email where you would like. Those depend on your content, your sender reputation and decisions made by companies neither of us controls.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and will not pretend to a guarantee we cannot keep. Counts depend on a third-party API, and when it is slow or down, so are we.

Ending it

You can stop using the service whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, and we will tell you why.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost votes, lost donations, lost elections, or other indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will update the date above and email you if it affects an active campaign.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, and the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
