How it works

PolitiSizeIt sends direct-response email to opt-in registered voters. You say who you want to reach. We count how many voters match, you approve the email, and we send it. Everything below is the plain version of what that means.

What is PolitiSizeIt?

A political email marketing service. You describe the voters you want to reach, we tell you how many of them we can email, and we send your message to them. It is built for campaigns, committees, consultants and advocacy organizations in the United States, and it works on a phone or a desktop.

Where does the voter data come from?

From a licensed third-party data provider. Every record is a registered voter who opted in to receive commercial email from third parties. There are about 54 million records. We are not the source of the data and we do not control its collection.

We never hand over the list. When you buy a campaign, we send your email to the audience on your behalf, and the records stay with the provider. That protects the voters and it protects you: you are buying delivery, not a spreadsheet you then have to secure.

How can I target the audience?

By place. State, county, city, ZIP code, media market (DMA), or congressional district. Nationwide if you want it. A House race is targeted by its district number, not by guessing at counties.

By who. Party affiliation, age, gender, household income, homeowner status, religion, language spoken at home, political donor history, veterans in the household, occupation, and a tree of interests from gun ownership to philanthropy.

Layer as many of these as you like. "Registered Republicans over 50 who own their home in the West Palm Beach media market" is one count.

How much does it cost?

$15 per thousand emails sent, with a $500 minimum per campaign. The minimum is a floor, not a fee on top: $500 covers a send to about 33,000 voters, and a larger audience is billed at the rate. There is no subscription and no setup charge. Counts are included, with a daily allowance; past it, an extra count is a dollar and a test send to yourself is a few dollars. You pay by card when you approve the send.

How do I build a campaign?

Two doors, same result.

• Chat with the AI. Talk or type. Tell it the race, the district and what you want to happen. It proposes the targeting in plain language, runs the count, and drafts the email. Push back and it revises.
• Build it yourself. Pick the place, pick the audience from the menus, and watch the count update as you go.

Either way you end at the same place: a live count, an email you have reviewed, and a button that sends it.

How fast is a count?

A few seconds. Counts run live against the provider's database; they are not estimates. To see a number you need a verified email address, which takes one click on a link we send you. There is no password to invent.

Who writes the email?

You can, or the AI can draft it from your description, subject line and image included. You see exactly what a voter will see before you approve it, and you can edit any of it. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honoured.

What happens after I send?

The send goes out through the provider's delivery platform. Your campaign, its audience definition and its creative are saved to your account, so the next send to the same district starts from what worked last time.
